What We Do: We first inspect the property to see if your home was initially damaged by the recent storm. Should we find damage, we review your options to include calling your insurance carrier to come take a second look.
What is Damage is Found?: We Keep it Simple, if damage is found, we will replace your roof for insurance proceeds, plus your deductible, optional upgrades (upgrading to a metal roof, etc), plus any maintenance items.
Will this raise my insurance rates?: Typically No. Although every policy is different, hail and/or wind damage is considered an “Act of Nature” and shouldn’t affect your policy (unlike catching your own kitchen on fire).
